By ordering from Brewpac you agree to the below refund and delivery conditions:

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling including 20% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments - Online payment can be made using MasterCard, and Visa credit/debit cards via a secure, encrypted payment system.
Cancellations - Orders may be changed or cancelled at any time during the online ordering process up to the point when payment is made.
Delivery charges - Delivery charges depending on weight will be shown in the shopping cart once all items have been added and the delivery address confirmed.

Delivery Times - We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days from date of order or in agreement with the stated delivery method. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control, this includes delivery delays caused by weather conditions or strikes by our delivery partners. Our couriers deliver between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery Terms -
Parcels - Goods are dispatched via courier service or an independent package delivery service and usually a signature is required upon delivery. However, goods can be left as instructed at time of order at the owner’s risk. Goods left will be the buyer’s responsibility. Should the customer be unable to accept delivery the goods will be returned to us. A redelivery or refund can be arranged, however charges relating to the return / redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Pallets - Orders of the value £100 or more may be shipped using a pallet delivery company. Where tracking is available, it will be provided to assist the customer. Brewpac is not liable for any errors or missed deliveries caused by tracking errors or delays. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are available to take delivery Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am-6pm. Should the customer not be on site during these hours, a missed delivery charge may apply.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure suitable access to the site for large commercial delivery vehicles.
Any potential issues around access must be flagged before the order is placed to avoid missed delivery charges.

IMPORTANT: Brewpac will assume responsibility for the integrity of the palletised goods UP TO AND INCLUDING the first delivery attempt. Should redelivery be required as a result of any of the reasons above, it becomes the sole risk of the customer should any damage occur to the goods / pallet(s) due to the further handling the pallet(s) may be subjected to.

Brewpac offer an additional pallet wrapping service. We highly recommend that pallets be double wrapped. While this service is optional, if the customer opts out, Brewpac only assumes responsibility for the integrity of the pallet to the point where it leaves out warehouse facility. Any costs that arise due to damage of a pallet that has not been securely wrapped by Brewpac prior to dispatch will be born by the customer. This includes breakage of bottles and any subsequent scrapping or disposal costs.

Claims - Shortages or breakages apparent at the time of delivery must be digitally photographed and reported to (please quote your order number to ensure a speedy resolution) within 3 working days upon receipt of goods. Shipping glass lends itself to a greater likelihood of breakage than other products. Should there be some breakages we will refund the cost of the broken items (proportional to the cost of the order). We will attempt, but cannot guarantee, to send replacements where feasible. Please ensure great care when handling boxes or pallets that contain broken glass always using cut proof gloves. Brewpac Ltd accepts no responsibility for cuts or injuries that arise from handling broken glass.
Returns - Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the purchase order, but the customer finds the products to be unsuitable, the customer must contact Brewpac Ltd within 7 days of receipt to agree a return. Once agreement has been made, the customer may return the item(s) in the original packaging at their own expense. Upon receipt of the goods if they are in original condition a refund or exchange will be processed. Goods returned without prior agreement are liable for non-acceptance and will be held at the customer's risk. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability - All items on the website are sold subject to availability. While we will always try to ensure stock levels are up to date on the site, we cannot guarantee that items are in stock.
